Learn how the FTZ program can help you and your customers with tariff mitigation\, WRO navigation\, and manipulation solutions for other government agencies such as EPA\, FDA\, and DOT.\n\nOur expert guest speaker is David Harlow\, President & CEO of ITC-Diligence a firm founded in 2002 as an International Trade Consulting Firm. Mr. Harlow\, a California native\, received his U.S. Customs Brokerage License in 2004. He has spent the last 10 years specializing in the textile industry\, footwear industry\, and Foreign Trade Zone industry.
